Research and teaching cooperation with University of Karlsruhe (TH) Germany – International Cooperation Agreement since 1982. Topic: „Organic Photovoltaics” since 2005 – prof. B. Kosmowski, and prof. U. Lemmer .

Research and teaching cooperation with University of Oulu (Finland) – Bilateral Agreement on Cooperation since 1973. Topic: „Optical coherence tomography” since 2001 - prof. B. Kosmowski, prof. R. Myllyla.

Research and teaching cooperation with EMAU University of Greifswald (Germany), Topic: Ellipsometric monitoring of thin-film layered structures” since 2002 – prof. B. Kosmowski, prof. R. Hippler. Cooperation is conducted in the framework of transregional cooperation BalticNet PlasmaTec, coordinated by Technical University of Greifswald.

Optoelectronic Group actively takes part in the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) „Pomerania” – MATECH Module (Functional materials and nanotechnology). Research is focused on the development of optoelectronic methods for investigation of innovative materials and monitoring of their manufacturing processes. In order to conduct the aforementioned research, the Department of Optoelectronics has created „Spectral Measurement Laboratory of ATC - Pomerania”, which is continually expanded.
